📦 SHIPPING METHODS
We offer a variety of shipping options tailored to your location and preferences. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery every step of the way.
Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your selected method and destination country.

📦 MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to include the following in your message:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged packaging (if applicable)
A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)
A brief explanation of the issue
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note on packaging damage:
If the product itself is in perfect working condition but the packaging is damaged during transit, this does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

📬 PACKAGE MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once you have confirmation of the claim or proof of loss, forward it to us for review.
We are unable to process replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered if the issue is reported more than 7 days after the delivery date.

✏️ ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to change something in your order? We can modify the shipping address, product, or quantity within 1 hour of your purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing and we won’t be able to make any changes.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, the shipping process may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible. Reach out as quickly as possible via support@elinegrey.com if you wish to cancel.

📦 PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day if ordered before 23:59 CET (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey.
